Always love being at Glen Eden. Patio door blinds don’t roll up as shown in the picture and actually hang about two feet down making it hard to get in and out and also blocks the view. There were a lot of dead bugs in the windows, which need to be vacuumed out. Colorado drought prevents a green lawn, but it would have been nice if the weeds and tree sprouts had been mowed. Furniture is nice. Second bedroom does not have two twin beds as shown in the photo gallery, instead has a bunk bed unit with two twin beds on the bottom and a full bed on top. Great idea for small kids, but not for adults sharing a cabin. The kitchen is nice and well stocked. Kitchen window is full of condensation making it hard to enjoy the view.

Peaceful Riverside stay
We stayed in two different cabins, fireside and Grizzly. Both were very clean. The kitchens were well equipped, especially Fireside. Hearing the battle of the river was a plus as was having two bathrooms in each cabin. The staff went out of their way to help our disabled brother get to and from the pool.

Nice cabin, GORGEOUS setting!
This is such a peaceful place. We were there from Wednesday through Saturday and the cabins on both sides of ours were empty during our stay. It felt like we had the place to ourselves. We went paddle boarding at Pearl lake all three days. That was also beautiful. We cooked all of our meals in the cabin and the kitchen had more than enough supplies.
We spent most of our time on the patio watching the river and listening to the birds. I would definitely recommend to friends.

A Great Get away
This was a great place to get away. About 30 minutes from the town of steamboat. Was a little resort of cabins clustered together. Loved being right next to the river!

Leaf Peeping
Two night sight seeing trip. The unit was very clean and nicely furnished. Maintenance of the property leaves a lot to be desired. The staff was excellent!

Management was awesome. Enjoyed being close to the river,nice to have the resturaunt onsite. Wish the pool was warmer.Close enough to Steamboat, and check out Pearl Lake, most beautiful lake you'll ever see. We loved it all. Great experience. We will be back!!!

Great Place for a Family Vacation
Our cabin at Glen Eden was on the beautiful Elk River. The view was amazing and the the sound of the flowing river soothed us by day and night. We enjoyed our time in the peaceful cabin but also took advantage of the pool, hot tub, horseshoes, fishing, and an evening campfire. The staff brought firewood and water buckets to the campfire site ahead of time which we really appreciated.
We also enjoyed a meal at the restaurant - the food was wonderful!
Our children and grandchildren who stayed in another cabin loved the feeling of safety that they had everywhere on the property, especially running between their cabin and ours. Our daughter in law has requested that this be the location of our family vacations for years to come. That means we will definitely be returning!

Fireside
We had a quiet and peaceful stay during the middle of March. We enjoyed the space and surroundings. The cabin was clean and well taken care of. We will be back in the fall to enjoy the patio and river.

Amazing getaway!
Our stay in the Fireside cabin at the Glen Resort was excellent ! Great location to visit and ski at Steamboat and allow us the opportunity to explore the area. Highly recommend

Wonderful cabin on the Elk River
We had a delightful stay in the Fireside cabin over a long weekend. Wish it could have been longer! The cabin was great, very clean and perfect for us. We loved the sound of the river at night. So peaceful. Highly recommend!

Glen Eden
We had a wonderful time and the location is perfect. We loved the river behind the cabin and the staff was great! The towels are very nice and fluffy, the beda are comfortable. I loved that there is a loop that I could walk repeatedly to get my daily walk in.
However we didn't feel the kitchen was very clean and the couch in the living room is very worn out and dirty.

Great Getaway Cabin
This cabin is in a beautiful location with an amazing view of the river from the back door and deck. Very comfortable, clean accommodations that I would highly recommend to anyone wanting a relaxing break from the city.
